What happens when I file an ADA complaint?

All reports of civil rights violations (including ADA) are forwarded to the Department of Civil Rights and Equity Investigations (CREI). You will be contacted by one of CREI’s case managers who will invite you to a meeting where they can go over all of your rights, resources, and options. You will be given the opportunity to request either a formal resolution, informal resolution, or no resolution to your report.
